1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Figbit website and any services provided by FIGBIT LIMITED (Company No. 15796773), registered in England & Wales. By accessing our website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Figbit provides web development, design, and technology consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each project are agreed in a separate written Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of fees, all project-specific deliverables created by Figbit for your project become your property. Figbit retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and tooling developed independently. Figbit may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Payment
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. We typically require a deposit before project commencement. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Warranties & Liability
Figbit provides services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth or particular search engine rankings. Our total liability to you in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that project.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. You will be invoiced for all work completed to the date of termination. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project engagement.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
